How much are the delivery charges?

Edya provides free delivery on all items if your total order amount is more than Rs. 999/-. Otherwise Rs. 70/- is charged towards shipping charges.

What is the estimated delivery time?

If the item is in stock, it will be delivered in 2-7 days from the order date. This includes the order processing time. While most items are delivered in 2-5 days, there are a few items which may be delivered in 7-10 days.

How will the delivery be done?

We send all packages via DTDC or India post  courier services.

What about warranty and hidden costs (sales tax, etc.)?

There are no extra taxes or hidden costs. The price mentioned on the website is the final product price including taxes. What you see is what you pay! Our prices include applicable Goods & Services Tax (GST) wherever applicable.

How do I track my shipment?

Edya uses only reputed couriers. We notify our customers via a shipment confirmation email within 24 hours of dispatching the product(s). This shipping confirmation email will have the couriers’ tracking number and the link for tracking. This link will be sent to the customer directly via our team.

What pincodes do you ship to?

Edya ships to almost all pincodes in India.

Is there an option for Express Delivery?

Edya  an option of Express Delivery.

• Express Shipping service is Chargeable between Rs. 80 to Rs. 150 depending on delivery area.
  
• Express Shipping can only be done on weekdays from Monday to Saturday. Express parcel reaches the same day in Delhi NCR, and in case of other states it takes 2-4 working days at the maximum.

Do we offer COD?

NO, To avoid potential losses and delays for both our customers and us, we do not offer Cash on Delivery. COD involves multiple parties, extra logistics, and increased risk of order cancellations or returns. By focusing on secure online payments, we streamline the process, ensuring faster deliveries and a smoother experience for everyone.
