Welcome to House of Edya. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the purchase of our products. By using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

1. Business Details
House of Edya is owned and operated by Manvi Dhingra, based in India.

All products sold are imitation/fashion jewelry for personal use only.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this website, or accessing under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Product Availability and Orders
Orders are subject to product availability and payment confirmation.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.
Prices are listed in INR and include applicable taxes unless mentioned otherwise.

4. Payment
Payments are securely processed via Razorpay using UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and wallets.
We do not store any payment credentials on our servers.

5. Shipping & Delivery
We ship within India only.
Orders are dispatched within 2–4 working days.
Delivery usually takes 7 to 12 business days, depending on the location.
Delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

6. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges only, subject to the following conditions:
Requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.
The item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
Exchange is not applicable on discounted items, customized orders, or "Buy 4 for ₹999" deals.
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrect.

Opening video is mandatory for exchange

7. Return & Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds once an order is placed.
In case of damaged or incorrect items, we will arrange an exchange or store credit, subject to verification.

8. User Account & Conduct
You agree to provide accurate information and maintain the confidentiality of your account.
You shall not use the website for any unlawful activity or misuse the Services in any way.

9. Intellectual Property
All website content (images, text, logos, designs) is owned by House of Edya and protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use our website or products.

11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of New Delhi courts.
